Get help with comma

Email support@trycomma.app and a person will answer. If something failed, include the request id the app shows with the error — it lets us find exactly what happened without asking for your books.

Signing in

Use the same email and password, Google, or Apple account on the web and in the iPhone and iPad app. If your account has two-factor authentication, sign in with your email and password; the app asks for the code.

Your plan and billing

Plans and billing are managed on the web by the account owner, under Account › Billing. The iPhone and iPad app works with whichever plan your company is on and sells nothing itself.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings › Security › Delete Account; on the web, Settings › Security. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and ends your subscription, and if you used Sign in with Apple, comma asks Apple to disconnect it from your Apple ID. The privacy policy explains what is kept and why.

Notifications

The app can tell you when a bank feed needs attention, an invoice becomes overdue, or activity is waiting to be reviewed. Turn them on or off in Settings › Notifications in the app, or in iOS Settings › comma.

Diagnostics

The app sends crash and error reports, and a note when a receipt capture starts or finishes or a review is undone, so we can fix problems — never amounts, names or documents, and nothing about which screens you open. Turn them off at Settings › Privacy › Share diagnostics.
