    Four roles: admin, accountant, member, viewer. Every action: human or AI: is checked against your current role, every request. Change someone's role, or disconnect an assistant, and it applies to their very next action, not eventually.

  • Every change is logged, including the AI's

    Settings → Audit Logs records every change to your books. Actions taken by a connected AI assistant are tagged distinctly, so you always know whether a human or an assistant made a change.

  • Revocable, always

    Disconnect a connector and its access is cut off immediately: every active session stops working, and it must go through the full connection flow again. Nothing in your books changes.

  • Consent, every time

    Connecting an AI assistant always shows an explicit approval screen naming exactly what it's asking for and which company. Never silent, even on your second connection.

  • The ledger can't be silently rewritten

    Debits and credits must balance before anything is written: the server posting chokepoint refuses an unbalanced entry. Corrections happen by voiding and reversing, never by editing history.
