Exactly what protects your books when a human or an AI touches them — actual product behavior, visible in your own Settings → Audit Logs.
Role-based access, enforced live
Four roles: admin, accountant, member, viewer. Every action — human or AI — is checked against your current role, every request. Change someone's role, or disconnect an assistant, and it applies to their very next action, not eventually.

Settings → Audit Logs records every change to your books. Actions taken by a connected AI assistant are tagged distinctly, so you always know whether a human or an assistant made a change.
Revocable, always
Disconnect a connector and its access is cut off immediately — every active session stops working, and it must go through the full connection flow again. Nothing in your books changes.
Consent, every time
Connecting an AI assistant always shows an explicit approval screen naming exactly what it's asking for and which company. Never silent, even on your second connection.
The ledger can't be silently rewritten

What we don't claim yet
We haven't pursued SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. What's here is what you can see directly in the product today — not a badge, the actual mechanics.
